BASIS OF CONTRACT
All offers and contracts are subject to the general terms of business of “Super 8 Camera Shop” in placing an order the customer is deemed to accept these terms.

All of merchandise must be paid in advance. Currency for all contracts and invoices is EURO. All prices include Sales Tax.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. No refunds on shipping and insurance. Items that are not returnable include, but are not limited to, film, batteries, paper, parts, bulbs, chemicals, books, special orders, consignments, gift certificates and packages with broken seals that are not resalable. Filters cannot be returned unless defective, and then only for the same filter. Returns must be in the same condition with receipt and all packaging.

WARRANTY
All the cameras on this site are sold in full working order except "Bargain cameras" categorie. Should any camera develop a fault within 3 months of being shipped it can be returned for repair, replace or refund. The warranty does not cover damage due to physical, water, fire, and other damages due to user's mis-uses.

DEFECTIVE/DOA RETURNS
In the event that you receive a product not in working order (except those due to willful damage or customer misuse), you should notify us upon 48 hours of receipt of the products. To minimize processing time and potential difficulties in proving the cause of damage, we recommend that DOA products should be returned within 3 days of receipt and must be returned in original condition. For the product found to be “Dead on Arrival”, we will try to replace a defective unit with a similar product at no charge and pay round-trip shipping cost. In the case that the product can not be changed you will become full money back inclusive shipping costs. DOA products should be returned on inexpensive way and on our risk. International customers should allow for additional transit time due to international customs clearance. Please do not send DOA products back to us unless you inform us. PRIVACY
“Super 8 Camera Shop” will not give out, sell, rent or distribute your name, address, telephone numbers, or other personal information to other companies. Any personal information that you submit to us (including your e-mail address) will not be provided to any third party. All details will be kept confidential. “Super 8 Camera Shop” reserves the right to use the information about the products you purchase, together with your email address to inform you about upcoming sales and products that may be interesting for you.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND SERVICE
Place of jurisdiction for all concluded contracts, if not otherwise regulated by law, is Bad Oeynhausen. It applies German law.
